Common use of Removal of items from the Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Removal of items from the Accommodation. We may remove from the Accommodation or Hall any items (either used or unused) that belong to you or your Visitors and which we consider (acting reasonably) are dangerous and/or may cause a fire hazard. If we remove an item, we will notify you of this and confirm who you need to contact in order to recover the item. You will not be able, however, to take the item back into the Accommodation or Hall.
