Release Time for Board Meetings. Reasonable release time shall be granted by the County for a maximum of one (1) SEIU Local 521 officer, or their designee, to attend Board of Supervisors meetings subject to no unreasonable disruption of County operations. A request for release time shall be made to the Human Resources Department Labor Relations Division within twenty-four (24) hours following the posting of the Board Agenda.
