– Related Water Services. (a) With input provided by the Utility Policy Committee, the City shall provide all Related Water Services to all Customers, including those Related Water Services identified in Appendix C, which may be amended with the approval of the Utility Policy Committee. The City shall provide Related Water Services to all Customers at the same level, frequency, and quality of service.
