Contract Term and Renewal. The contract with the Rate Consultant will be for a term of two (2) years with the option of extending the contract for additional two (2) year terms. The Utility Policy Committee shall determine whether the Rate Consultant’s contract shall be extended for additional two (2) year terms. The contract term shall expire in April. The Utility Policy Committee shall make the determination whether to extend the Rate Consultant’s contract within sixty (60) days after the end of the previous two (2) year term. At the termination of the contract, including any extension, the advertisement, interview and selection process set forth in this Article shall be repeated. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to prohibit the City from terminating the contract with the Rate Consultant for a material breach of the terms of the contract prior to the end of its 2-year term or any extension of its term.

SRTA may elect to renew this Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) renewal periods with a term of up to two (2) year each (each a “Renewal Term”). Renewal of this Contract shall be at the sole discretion of SRTA. Any extension of the Term of the Contract must be in writing and signed by the Parties to the Contract.

ATL may elect to renew this Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to one (1) renewal period with a term of up to two (2) years (“Renewal Term”). Renewal of this Contract shall be at the sole discretion of ATL. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term may be referred to collectively as the "Term." Any extension of the Term of the Contract must be in writing and signed by the Parties to the Contract.
Contract Term and Renewal. This Contract shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until June 30, 2019 11:59 pm (local Atlanta time) (the “Initial Term”). SRTA may elect to renew this Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional renewal periods with a term of up to three (3) years each (each renewal a “Renewal Term”). The Initial Term and any and all Renewal Terms may be referred to collectively as the “Term.” The renewal of the Contract shall be at the sole discretion of SRTA and evidenced by an Amendment signed by both Parties. Subsequent to the execution of the Contract by both Parties, the Work to be rendered by the TSI Contractor shall commence by project once SRTA issues the TSI Contractor a Notice to Proceed for a project.
Contract Term and Renewal. 13.1. The term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year beginning on , 2006, and terminating at midnight on , 2007, with an option to renew thereafter for each of the next three 12 (twelve) month periods, unless terminated as provided in Article XVII below. If the Owner decides to exercise the option to renew, it shall be in written form to Contractor, thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Contract. In the event that the Contract is renewed, the terms and conditions will remain unchanged except as changed under Article XV below.

All pricing and rates proposed herein shall be firm through the first year of the contract. For successive years, adjustments to labor rates established in Attachment A – Price Proposal will be negotiable and limited to the appropriate Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U): Selected areas, all items index for South urban; Size B/C as published by the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. In the event a calculated CPI increase is at, or greater than, five (5) percent, the District will only authorize up to a maximum of a five (5) percent increase for labor costs, to be effective at the start of the following term. Any requests for adjustments must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department no later than April 1st of each following year. Rate adjustments will not be automatic. The most recent twelve (12) month period ending February 28th will be used to compute the percentage change in CPI-U. Current year pricing will be retained for an additional, successive year if the CPI-U percentage change is not greater than zero percent (0%) or if the successful Vendor fails to submit a rate adjustment by the deadline. If a rate adjustment is requested, the Purchasing Department will provide notification of allowable increases, if applicable, by May 1st.

Contract Term and Renewal. This Contract shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter until six (6) years after Final Acceptance of the System Work (as defined in the Scope) (the "Initial Term"), unless earlier terminated as provided herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Term for the System Work is from the Effective Date until the date of Final Acceptance , and thereafter the Initial Term and any applicable renewal terms are for the Maintenance Work. The Commission, in its sole discretion, may elect to renew this Contract for the Maintenance Work on the same terms and conditions as contained in this Contract for such Maintenance Work for up to three (3) additional renewal periods with a term of up to two (2) years each (each renewal a "Renewal Term"). The Initial Term and any and all Renewal Terms may be referred to collectively as the "Term." The renewal of the Contract shall be at the sole discretion of the Commission and evidenced by an executed amendment; provided, that if the Commission elects to renew the Contract, Contractor must execute the amendment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all components of the Work to be completed that is completion based must be completed within the time periods set forth in the Scope.
Contract Term and Renewal. This Agreement terminates at 12:00 midnight on the day that is five (5) years after the date of Full Implementation (the “Termination Date”). Prior to the Termination Date either party shall advise the other of their intention to renew (upon the such terms and conditions as may be suitable at the time) or to not renew as the case may be, by giving formal written notice at least six (6) months prior to the Termination Date in order to provide for a suitable period for necessary contract negotiations or, alternatively, in order to provide for an orderly transition in service.
