Rejection of work and Equipment. The Employer shall have the right to condemn any or all tools, instruments, materials / chemicals, equipment or work which does not confirm to the specifications. • The contractor shall be responsible for any breakage caused by its workers at the site. Breakage of any light fixtures, furniture, tiles, mirror, glass, any other fittings/fixtures provided in the building by the persons employed by the contractor due to their negligence will have to be set right by the contractor at his cost within 3 days of such damages. In case of their failure to do so, the SBI shall be at liberty to get the same done from any other agency at the Contractor’s cost, risk and consequences.
