REIMBURSEMENT FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE. The State agrees to provide for the uniform administration of the procedure for reimbursement to employees for personal property damage or destruction as provided for by subdivisions 12 and 12-c of Section 8 of the State Finance Law and to provide for payments of up to $50,000 out of local funds at the institution level as provided therein. Allowances shall be based upon the reasonable value of the property involved and payment shall be made against a satisfactory release.
