Reimbursement for Official Travel Expenses a. Travel reimbursement claims and all supporting documents must be submitted to the ATCF Office within three (3) workdays after completion of travel, who will in turn submit to the finance office. Normally, this process will include the BUE submitting the travel voucher, along with all supporting documents, to the ATCF Office, who will provide any assistance in completing the voucher. The appropriate finance office will process vouchers for payment in an expeditious manner. The filing of travel vouchers and time spent obtaining per diem/travel arrangements will be accomplished while in a duty status. All reimbursements for travel expenses will be made by means of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an account at a financial institution designated by the BUE.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.
