Reimbursement and Compensation to DISTRICT a. Director shall send quarterly reports and invoices to DEVELOPER for DISTRICT’s actual staff costs including burden and overhead incurred and to maintain at a minimum deposit of Ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If DEVELOPER fails to pay such invoices and/or maintain the minimum deposit, DISTRICT at the sole discretion of the Director may issue stop work and cease its plan review or inspection services as stated in Section 2 until payment is received.
