Regular Part-Time. The Employer shall specify the hours of work and the schedule of the hours to be worked, in writing, at the time of hire. The Employer will provide as much notice as possible, and in any event, will provide at minimum one weeks notice of any change in hours of work or schedules. The time frame specified may be altered by mutual agreement between the parties. A regular part-time employee is any person employed on a continuing basis for less than the normal hours of work or work week, whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 and who has completed the probationary period. Regular part-time employees shall be covered by all conditions of this Agreement except as follows:
