Regular Full-Time Nurse. A full-time nurse is regularly scheduled to work a full 18 work-week of forty (40) hours (thirty-two (32) hours or more for nurses hired prior to 19 September 1, 2007, and who has continued to work such a schedule on a continuous 20 basis), and is classified as such. 22 Regular Part-Time Nurse – A part-time nurse is regularly scheduled to work a 23 minimum of twenty (20) hours each week but less than the hours required to attain 24 “regular full-time” status. This does not include per diem nurses (who are excluded from 25 the bargaining unit).
