Common use of Records of verbal and Clause in Contracts

Records of verbal and. written reprimands shall cease to have force and effect or be considered in future disciplinary matters twelve (12) months after their effective date, provided there are no intervening disciplinary actions taken during that time period. Records of suspensions shall cease to have force and effect or be considered in future disciplinary matters twenty-four (24) months after their effective date, provided there are no intervening disciplinary actions taken during that time period.

Records of verbal and. written reprimands shall cease to have force and effect or and be removed from active personnel files twelve (12) months after the effective date of such corrective action, providing there has been no intervening corrective action taken during this time period. All records of other disciplinary action shall cease to have force and effect and shall not be considered in any future disciplinary discipline matters twelve eighteen (1218) months after their effective date, provided providing there are no intervening disciplinary actions taken during that time period. Records of suspensions shall cease to have force and effect or be considered in future disciplinary matters twenty-four (24) months after their effective date, provided there are been no intervening disciplinary actions taken during that time period.
