RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. The Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for the term of this Agreement, of all bus drivers and bus aides, but specifically excluding central office secretaries, mechanics, supervisory employees, and all other persons.

The Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for the term of this AgreementAgreement of fulltime custodial & fulltime maintenance personnel, of all bus drivers and bus aides, but specifically excluding custodial substitutes and part- time custodial staff, central office secretaries, mechanics, supervisory employees, and all other persons.

The Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for the term of this Agreement, of all bus drivers drivers, substitute bus drivers, and bus aides, but specifically excluding central office secretaries, mechanics, supervisory employees, and all other persons.

RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. The Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for the term of this Agreement. The bargaining unit includes, of all bus drivers paraprofessionals employed by the Employer and bus aides, but specifically excluding excludes central office secretaries, mechanics, supervisory employees, and all other persons.

RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. 1.1 The Employer does hereby recognize recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, employment for the term of this Agreement, Agreement of all bus drivers and bus aides, but specifically excluding central office secretaries, mechanics, supervisory employees, and all other persons.permanent employees of the Employer occupying the job classifications listed in Exhibit F.
