Reciprocal Clearinghouse the International Office of the BAC shall be the Reciprocal Clearinghouse. All correspondence shall be addressed to: Reciprocal Clearinghouse International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers 000 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx 000 Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 The Reciprocal Clearinghouse shall be responsible for receiving signed Agreements and notifications of termination from Participating Funds. The Reciprocal Clearinghouse shall also prepare all approved forms, prepare and circulate proposed amendments to the Agreement and determine when an amendment has passed, maintain a listing of current Participating Funds, forward all material to Participating Funds, and assist Participating Funds in whatever manner possible consistent with this Agreement. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Reciprocal Clearinghouse will serve as a clearinghouse for the exchange of information, approved forms and copies of monthly reports from all Participating Funds for any employee for whom Monies are transferred, and that the Reciprocal Clearinghouse has no discretionary authority or responsibility over administration, control or assets of any fund which participates in this Agreement. In addition, the Reciprocal Clearinghouse will receive and maintain copies of all employee authorization forms.

  • International ACH Transactions You understand that in the event an International ACH Transaction (“IAT”) Entry that is transmitted to or from any of your accounts is identified and designated by the Credit Union’s screening criteria for review and examination under the OFAC Rules and Regulations (“OFAC Rules”). The settlement of such an IAT Entry may be delayed or suspended pending the Credit Union’s review of the IAT Entry, and may be terminated under applicable OFAC Rules. You acknowledge that we may be required to place an indefinite hold on the funds covered by the IAT Entry if the IAT Entry is required to be terminated under the OFAC Rules. You agree that any delay described above will be a permissible delay under the regulations applicable to the availability of funds held in deposit accounts. In the event an IAT Entry is delayed or terminated, we will provide you such notice as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply:

  • FUND TRANSFER FACILITIES VIA TBS The Account Holder may apply, in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing and the Bank may, in its reasonable discretion, permit the Account Holder to operate such fund transfer facilities via the TBS, including without limitation, GIRO or direct debit banking system as may be made available by the Bank from time to time. The Account Holder acknowledges that the operation of such fund transfer facilities shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such facilities.

  • Cash Management (a) Borrowers shall (i) establish and maintain cash management services of a type and on terms satisfactory to Agent at one or more of the banks set forth on Schedule 2.7(a) (each a "Cash Management Bank"), and shall request in writing and otherwise take such reasonable steps to ensure that all of its Account Debtors forward payment of the amounts owed by them directly to such Cash Management Bank, and (ii) deposit or cause to be deposited promptly, and in any event no later than the first Business Day after the date of receipt thereof, all Collections (including those sent directly by Account Debtors to a Cash Management Bank) into a bank account in Agent's name (a "Cash Management Account") at one of the Cash Management Banks.

  • ACH transactions For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must affirmatively consent to such coverage. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an ATM or one-time debit card transaction that will result in insufficient funds in your account. If you have established a service linking your share or deposit account with other individual or joint accounts, you authorize us to transfer funds from other another account of yours to cover an insufficient item, including transfers from a share or deposit account, an overdraft line-of-credit account, or other account you so designate. Services and fees for these transactions are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture your affirmative consent and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, if we exercise our right to use our discretion to pay such items that result in an insufficiency of funds in your account, we do not agree to pay them in the future and may discontinue coverage at any time without notice. If we pay these items or impose a fee that results in insufficient funds in your account, you agree to pay the insufficient amount, including the fee assessed by us, in accordance with our standard overdraft services or any other service you may have authorized with us, or if you do not have such protections with us, in accordance with any overdraft payment policy we have, as applicable.
