Recertification (Maintenance of Core Competencies. It is the employee’s responsibility to maintain certification of the core competencies. The Employer will notify an employee prior to the employee’s recertification date. The Employer will cover the cost of the training program, but it will be the employee’s sole responsibility to attend the training program on his or her time off. However, when an employee attends the training on his or her scheduled hours of work, such employee shall suffer no loss of wages as a result of attending the course.

In the event of Abnormal Weather Conditions or force majeure, the Contractor shall be compensated for re-installation of BMPs at established Unit Prices.
