Receipts/Deposits Verification. Unexplained differences between what the Contractor reports collected as Operating Receipts under the Operating Reports and the actual received in the Authority’s account may result in Liquidated Damages being assessed in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) for two (2) or more unexplained differences.
Receipts/Deposits Verification. There shall be no unexplained differences between the amount collected by the Contractor as shown on the Cashier Shift Reports, bank deposit slip and the actual amount of cash deposited. If there are more than two unexplained differences during the month, the Management Fee for such month may be decreased by $200.

  • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.

  • Verification of Deposits 7.1. Within twenty-­‐four (24) hours after receiving each Deposit or corrected Deposit, Escrow Agent must verify the format and completeness of each Deposit and deliver to ICANN a notification generated for each Deposit. Reports will be delivered electronically using the API described in draft-­‐lozano-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification.

  • Depository Account The term "Depository Account" shall mean the ------------------ bank account referred to in Section 4.8 hereof.

  • Custodial Accounts The Master Servicer shall cause to be established and maintained by each Servicer under the Master Servicer's supervision the Custodial Account for P&I, Buydown Fund Accounts (if any) and special Custodial Account for Reserves and shall deposit or cause to be deposited therein daily the amounts related to the Mortgage Loans required by the Selling and Servicing Contracts to be so deposited. Proceeds received with respect to individual Mortgage Loans from any title, hazard, or FHA insurance policy, VA guaranty, Primary Insurance Policy or other insurance policy (other than any Special Primary Insurance Policy) covering such Mortgage Loans shall be deposited first in the Custodial Account for Reserves if required for the restoration or repair of the related Mortgaged Property. Otherwise, Insurance Proceeds (other than proceeds from any Special Primary Insurance Policy) shall be deposited in the Custodial Account for P&I, and shall be applied to the balances of the related Mortgage Loans as payments of interest and principal. The Master Servicer is hereby authorized to make withdrawals from and to issue drafts against the Custodial Accounts for P&I and the Custodial Accounts for Reserves for the purposes required or permitted by this Agreement. Each Custodial Account for P&I and each Custodial Account for Reserves shall bear a designation clearly showing the respective interests of the applicable Servicer, as trustee, and of the Master Servicer, in substantially one of the following forms:

  • Depository Accounts Except to the extent that Manager has not complied with its obligations under Sections 2.4 and 5.2, Owner and Manager agree that Manager shall have no liability for loss of funds of Owner contained in the bank accounts for the Property maintained by Owner or Manager pursuant to this Agreement due to insolvency of the bank or financial institution in which its accounts are kept, whether or not the amounts in such accounts exceed the maximum amount of federal or other deposit insurance applicable with respect to the financial institution in question.

  • Custodial Account (a) The Master Servicer shall establish and maintain one or more accounts (collectively, the "Custodial Account") in which the Master Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited on a daily basis, or as and when received from the Sub-Servicers, the following payments and collections received or made by or on behalf of it subsequent to the Cut-off Date, or received by it prior to the Cut-off Date but allocable to a period subsequent thereto (other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the Cut-off Date):
