Reasonable Response Time Requirements. EMPLOYEES working in classifications utilized for stand-by hired after July 1, 2002 will be required to reside within a sixty (60) minute reasonable response time as a condition of employment for unit positions. During the term of this agreement, the DISTRICT reserves the right to reopen regarding this issue if the DISTRICT is unable to maintain a sufficient number of EMPLOYEES eligible for standby residing within the reasonable response time periods.

Reasonable Response Time Requirements. EMPLOYEES working in classifications utilized for stand-by hired after July 1, 2002 will be required to reside within a sixty (60) minute reasonable response time as a condition of employment for unit positions and a thirty (30) minute reasonable response time for Maintenance Technician positions. During the term of this agreement, the DISTRICT reserves the right to reopen regarding this issue if the DISTRICT is unable to maintain a sufficient number of EMPLOYEES eligible for standby residing within the reasonable response time periods. During the term of this agreement, the DISTRICT and the UNION agree to work collaboratively to assess local lodging or housing alternatives and options to allow for EMPLOYEES working in classifications utilized for stand-by, that reside outside the required reasonable response times, to meet the required reasonable response times while on stand-by duty.

Related to Reasonable Response Time Requirements

  • Reasonable Suspicion Testing The Employer may, but does not have a legal duty to, request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the Employer or any supervisor of the employee has a reasonable suspicion (a belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from those facts) related to the performance of the job that the employee:

  • Response Times (a) LogRhythm will respond to new support cases whether received via a telephone call or email within (i) four (4) Support Hours after receipt if received during a Business Day or (ii) by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time the following Business Day if received after the end of a Business Day. LogRhythm will respond to new support cases via email or by directly contacting the applicable designated users. Response times for open support cases will vary depending on the specifics of the case and any Escalation required. If a response will require more than one business day to prepare, Customer will be notified and informed when a response can be expected.

  • Requirement to Work Reasonable Overtime The Employer may require any Employee to work reasonable overtime at overtime rates and such an Employee shall work overtime in accordance with the requirement.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Conformance to Applicable Requirements All work prepared by Consultant shall be subject to the approval of City.

  • Response to Objections Each Party retains the right to respond to any objection raised by a Participating Class Member, including the right to file responsive documents in Court no later than five court days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, or as otherwise ordered or accepted by the Court.

  • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center.   • Timely and Sustained Response Interconnection Customer shall ensure that the Small Generating Facility’s real power response to sustained frequency deviations outside of the deadband setting is automatically provided and shall begin immediately after frequency deviates outside of the deadband, and to the extent the Small Generating Facility has operating capability in the direction needed to correct the frequency deviation. Interconnection Customer shall not block or otherwise inhibit the ability of the governor or equivalent controls to respond and shall ensure that the response is not inhibited, except under certain operational constraints including, but not limited to, ambient temperature limitations, physical energy limitations, outages of mechanical equipment, or regulatory requirements. The Small Generating Facility shall sustain the real power response at least until system frequency returns to a value within the deadband setting of the governor or equivalent controls. An Applicable Reliability Standard with equivalent or more stringent requirements shall supersede the above requirements.
