Quarterly Progress Reports. No later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each calendar year quarter commencing on the Effective Date and ending upon Project closeout, Grantee must submit to the Office of Broadband a quarterly progress report in such form as the Office of Broadband may require. The specific data points required will be designated by the Office of Broadband in guidance to be published on the OBAE website.
