PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW. Each and every provision of law and clause required to be inserted in this Agreement shall be deemed to be inserted herein and shall be enforced as though it were included herein; and if for any reason any such provision is not inserted, or is not correctly stated, then on application of any party, this AGREEMENT shall be physically amended to make such insertion or correction.

Each and every provision of law and clause federal or state or local law, rule, regulation or order required to be inserted in this Agreement is deemed by this reference to be so inserted in its correct form, and upon the application of either party, this Agreement shall be deemed to be inserted herein and shall be enforced as though it were included herein; and if for any reason amended by the express insertion of any such provision is not insertedso inserted or so inserted incorrectly so as to comply strictly with the law, or is not correctly stated, then on application without prejudice to the rights of any party, this AGREEMENT shall be physically amended to make such insertion or correctioneither Party.
