Provisions of the Collective. Agreement do not apply to casual Employees, registered University, College or school students nor do they apply to Employees who are employed on a Government grant. The Union supports the efforts by the Employer to participate in Government sponsored student job training and development programs and hereby gives its concurrence to the Employer to participate in such programs, provided that there are no members of the bargaining unit on layoff or the use of students will not result in a displacement of members of the bargaining unit. The Employer will provide the Union with information on Government sponsored job training and development programs relating to functions similar to those performed by members of the bargaining unit.

  • Obligations of the City A. The City agrees to give the Contractor access to the Project area and other City- owned properties as required to perform the necessary Services under this Agreement.
