Provision of Real-Time Data. Upon request from Buyers, Seller shall provide real-time electronic access to Buyers of all solar irradiance and meteorological data collected at the Facility and corresponding unit availability data as well.
Provision of Real-Time Data. Upon request by Xxxxx, Seller shall provide real-time, read-only and downloadable electronic access to PGE of all meteorological and other related data collected at the Project and corresponding unit availability data.

Provision of Real-Time Data. (A) SCADA System Data. Seller shall communicate Park Potential and all data necessary for Company to integrate the Facility into Company’s EDCC in real time through the Facility’s SCADA System in accordance with the AGC Protocols. Seller shall maintain the Facility’s SCADA System so that it is capable of interfacing with and reacting to Company’s AGC Set-Point and responding to signals from the Company’s EDCC in accordance with the AGC Protocols.
Provision of Real-Time Data. Seller shall install equipment at the Point of Interconnect that is capable of providing real-time access to Facility production data directly to NSP or through the Distribution Authority. To the extent such data is not readily available electronically or in real time, Seller agrees to provide such data on a historical basis in a CSV format or Excel spreadsheet upon request by NSP.
