Protective Equipment and Identifiable Uniforms. (a) The Employing Authority shall provide employees with any protective equipment, which is deemed necessary under the Occupational Health and Safety Act at no cost to the employee, as long as the employee is not entitled to compensation for or provision of the item under Article 20.02.
