Common use of Protective Clothing or Uniforms Clause in Contracts

Protective Clothing or Uniforms. ‌ If any employee is required to wear a uniform, protective clothing (including coveralls) or any type of protective device, the employer shall furnish two (2) pair per year of said items. The selection of the type and determination of the number as well as the means of maintenance of said items to be provided by the employer shall be the prerogative of the employer.
