Furthermore, Members acknowledge that the Vessels must comply with all applicable Federal regulations not specifically exempted in the LOA.

Each Member agrees that its Participating Vessels shall maintain on-board at all times a Letter of Authorization from NMFS verifying such Participating Vessels’ participation in the Sector, contact information for the Manager, and a copy of the Operations Plan and Agreement in effect for the current fishing year, except when such Participating Vessels are fishing as charter/party vessels. Members acknowledge that the Participating Vessels must comply with all applicable Federal regulations and laws not specifically exempted in the LOA.

PROOF OF SECTOR MEMBERSHIP. For the fishing year 2013 , no members / vessels of 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx IV will be authorized to harvest the Sector’s ACE. Therefore, LOAs 26 would not be a necessary component of this Sectors operations.
PROOF OF SECTOR MEMBERSHIP. For FY 2011, no permits in the MPBS will be held on active vessels. All MPBS ACE and DAS will be leased to other sectors. Therefore, no Letters of Authorization (LOA) will be issued.
