Sector Name. The organization described under this Agreement shall be called the IV 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Inc. This is a non-profit organization incorporated in Massachusetts on May 21 26, 2009 and therefore may be held liable for violations committed by its members.
Sector Name. The organization described under this Agreement shall be called the III Northeast Fishery Sector Inc. This is a non‐profit organization incorporated in Massachusetts on May 26, 2009 and therefore may be held liable for violations committed by its members.
Sector Name. The organization described under this Agreement shall be called the VII 20 Northeast Fishery Sector, Inc. This is a non-profit organization incorporated in Massachusetts on May 21 26, 2009 and therefore may be held liable for violations committed by its members.
Sector Name. The organization under this agreement shall be called XI Northeast Fishery 31 Sector Inc. (NEFS 11). This is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in Massachusetts 32 on May 26, 2009 and therefore may be held liable for violations committed by its members.
