Promotional Salary Adjustments. Each faculty member who is promoted to a higher rank shall receive an adjustment in salary rate of two thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($2,250), five thousand dollars ($5,000), and eight thousand five hundred dollars ($8,500) for promotion to Group I, II, or III, respectively, effective the date of promotion. Each member of the academic staff who is promoted to a higher grade shall receive an adjustment in salary rate of five percent (5%) or to the minimum of the new salary grade, whichever is higher.
