MIOSHA inspectors, on their arrival at a state building, facility or operation, will continue to notify the designated departmental S&H coordinator of the investigation or inspection. OSE/EHM will continue to provide MIOSHA with department S&H coordinator contact information. Roles and Responsibilities: Include a general description of the role of all parties signing the alliance. An implementation team of one representative from each organization will meet to develop a plan of action and identify the roles and responsibilities of the participants. In addition they will meet as needed to discuss and improve the agreement.

Participate in forums, round table discussions, or stakeholder meetings on combustible dust explosion risk recognition, protection and prevention issues that can help forge innovative solutions in the workplace and to provide input on safety and health issues related to combustible dust hazards. Roles and Responsibilities: Include a general description of the role of all parties signing the alliance. • BS&B and MIOSHA will develop training information “content” for combustible dust workshops. • BS & B will provide trainers for presenting the workshops. • BS&B will work collaboratively with MIOSHA to promote safety and health awareness, and participate in open dialogue to increase MIOSHA staff knowledge of the dangers of combustible dust. • MOSHA – Promote the alliance in the MIOSHA Newsletter and on the MIOSHA website. • MIOSHA will develop brochures to promote the workshops and location of seminars.

The Chapters, through their boards of directors and committee chairs, will promote cooperation and dialogue between the Chapters and MIOSHA. American Society of Safety Engineers – Michigan Chapters ▪ Promote MIOSHA safety and health training initiatives to Chapter members on a regular basis, through e-mail blasts; sharing of email lists, sharing of mailing lists, etc. ▪ Promote member participation in CET offerings; (the Chapters will solicit specific participation from 15 new participants, giving priority to members in high-hazard industries, during the alliance period). ▪ The alliance will be promoted on the Chapters’ websites, in quarterly newsletters and any other general Chapters publications. ▪ The Chapters will publish articles about specific MIOSHA programs/initiatives in their quarterly newsletters. ▪ The Chapters’ program chairs will work with CET to introduce MIOSHA specific topics into their technical meeting schedule. ▪ Promote the MIOSHA Training Institute and MIOSHA cooperative programs to Chapter members via email blasts, sharing of email lists, sharing of mailing lists, etc; possibly sponsoring one or more MTI classes for chapter members. MIOSHA ▪ Provide the Chapters with information and assistance on MIOSHA programs and initiatives. ▪ Promote the alliance in MIOSHA Newsletter and on the MIOSHA website. ▪ Offer MIOSHA CET Division services to Chapter members. ▪ Recognize Chapter members that participate in MIOSHA programs via MIOSHA Newsletter and website.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Promotion and Marketing For the purpose of promotion and marketing, the Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the reproduction, disclosure and use by the Lenders and the Agent of its name, identifying logo and the Facilities, provided that the amount of Facilities shall not be disclosed. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lenders shall be entitled to determine, in their sole discretion, whether to use such information; that no compensation will be payable by the Lenders or the Agent in connection therewith; and that the Lenders and the Agent shall have no liability whatsoever to it or any of its employees, officers, directors, affiliates or shareholders in obtaining and using such information as contemplated herein.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
