Programming Changes Clause Samples

The "Programming Changes" clause defines the procedures and requirements for making alterations to the project schedule or sequence of work. Typically, this clause outlines how either party can propose changes, the process for reviewing and approving such changes, and any documentation or notice requirements involved. For example, if unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling certain tasks, this clause would govern how those adjustments are formally requested and implemented. Its core function is to provide a structured method for managing and documenting changes to the project timeline, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring all parties remain aligned on project progress.
