The Program Monitor clause designates an individual or entity responsible for overseeing the implementation and progress of a specific program or project. Program Monitor. COUNTY shall designate a Program Monitor, who will assure that the program goals and objectives are met in accordance with contract terms and conditions. The Contractor will be notified in writing of the COUNTY designee responsible for program monitoring, referrals, approvals, and certification.
Program Monitor. This Program Agreement shall be monitored by the County through the Director of the Lancaster County Community Corrections Director (“Program Monitor”). In the event of noncompliance with this Grant Contract by Grantee, the Program Monitor shall report said noncompliance to the Lancaster County Board for further action which may include termination of this Agreement.
