Program Management Costs. Program management support costs encompass support for management, reporting requirements, and related travel and meeting attendance costs associated with the Contractor’s program management staff as it relates to the overall management of the IDIQ contract. Program Management (IDIQ Contract-Level) Support Costs: Contract-level program management support costs shall not be proposed or billed as a direct charge to the ProTech- Weather IDIQ contract. Project Management (Task Order-Level) Support Costs: Contract-level program management support costs are differentiated from individual task order project management support costs. Task order project management support costs may be proposed and billed against individual task orders for direct support of the effort performed under those task orders. During the term of ProTech-Weather, the Government will place orders totaling a minimum of $250. The amount of all orders will not exceed $3,000,000,000.
