Program Graduation. At the completion of Resident’s training, Hospital may invite Resident and a guest to attend a graduation event and/or present Resident with a one-time graduation gift. In all cases, the value of any and all gifts and entertainment, when combined with the salary and above referenced stipends shall not exceed fair market value, as that amount is determined by a third-party valuator.
