Professional Improvement Funds. Subd. 1.
Professional Improvement Funds. Nine percent (9%) shall be allocated annually to a professional improvement fund for access by the District’s Human Resources Department to assist certificated staff in need of professional improvement. These funds shall be jointly administered by the Executive Director of Human Resources and the NSEA President.

  • PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The parties’ support the principle of continuing training of teachers, participation by teachers in professional organizations in the areas of their specialization, leaves for work on advanced degrees or special studies, foreign travel and participation in community educational projects.
