Common use of Production Turndown Clause in Contracts

Production Turndown. (a) To assist Purchaser in its preservation of working capital during periods when it experiences a significant reduction in the demand for steel, AK will have the right, exercisable on or after one (1) year from the commencement of Coke sales, to nominate a Production Turndown, provided that the Production Turndown Conditions are satisfied.
