Process for Discipline. 32.3.1 A disciplinary meeting shall be held whenever a verbal warning or a written warning is contemplated. The College shall clearly inform the employee that a meeting may lead to disciplinary action and that the employee has the option to have third party representation (typically a Union representative or other College employee) in attendance.
