Prior to the Effective Date of this Settlement Agreement a. Defendants shall pay all costs of notice as invoiced by the Claims Administrator to Class Counsel within 30 days after receipt of such invoices by Defendants from the Claims Administrator or Class Counsel. Notice costs will not be refunded to Defendants in the event that the Effective Date does not occur.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF SETTLEMENT 38. The Effective Date of this Settlement shall be the first business day on which all of the following shall have occurred or been waived:

  • Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.

  • Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.

  • Effective Date; Termination Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions:

  • EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of May, AD., 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirtieth (30th) day of April, AD., 2022 and thereafter from year to year unless terminated upon written notice of either party within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any anniversary of the terminal date.
