Subclass. Each subdivision of the Class A Certificates, denominated respectively as Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-PO and Class A-R and each subdivision of the Class B Certificates, denominated respectively as Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4 and Class B-5.
Subclass. With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).
Subclass. 15 8. CONTRACTOR shall accept referrals from and make referrals to the various MHSA 16 programs, as appropriate. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate referrals with other existing mental health 17 services and wraparound services, to ensure that Clients and their families are given access to the most 18 appropriate level and type of service. Other services may include Wraparound Orange County; MHSA 19 FSP programs for children, TAY, or adults; and other COUNTY mental health services.
Subclass. With respect to the Class Y Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 6.01(b) will represent the uncertificated Class Y Mortgage Loans REMIC regular interest or interests relating to the Class Y Mortgage Loans specified by the initial Holder of the Class Y Certificates pursuant to Section 6.01(b) or with respect to the Class W Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 6.01(b) will represent the uncertificated Class W Mortgage Loans REMIC regular interest or interests relating to the Class W Mortgage Loans specified by the initial Holder of the Class W Certificates pursuant to Section 6.01(b) or with respect to the Class W Certificates.
Subclass. All persons in the Red Dot Data marketing list for whom Yodel’s records reflect a telephone call regarding Northstar’s home security systems that lasted more than 30 seconds, that was handled by an agent who applied status code 50 to the call, and that resulted in the normal clearing disposition. Excluded from the class are: Any persons whose contact information is associated with either an IP address or website URL in the Red Dot Data marketing list.
Subclass. Contractor will use the “Medi-Cal Manual for Intensive Coordination (ICC), Intensive Home Based Services (IHBS), & Therapeutic Xxxxxx Care for Medi-Cal beneficiaries” to determine eligibility, provide services, and guide documentation of these services. CONTRACTOR will coordinate with COUNTY on all aspects of mental health services provided to CLIENTS of the Pathways to Wellbeing (Xxxxx X.)
Subclass. The Plaintiffs will seek, and Defendants will not oppose, certification of a settlement subclass ("Subclass A") by the Court pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, for the purpose of settlement only, defined as follows: All indirect purchasers in the Class who, on or before December 3 1 , 2008, commenced a lawsuit alleging that the Defendants violated state antitrust laws by delaying the entry of generic gabapentin into the marketplace and which was still pending as of May 23, 201 4. Pfizer, Inc., et al., 04-cv-1 098 1 -PBS identified as Assurant Health, Inc.; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc.; Louisiana Health Service & Indemnity Company d/b/a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota; CareFirst, Inc.; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware, Inc.; Excellus Health Plan, Inc.; Federated Mutual Insurance Company; Group Health Service of Oklahoma d/b/a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma; Health Care Service Corporation; Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company; Trustmark Insurance Company; WellChoice, Inc. and WellChoice Insurance of New Jersey, Inc. as well as their subsidiaries and affiliates named in the Assurant Action and self-insured customers on whose behalf they had authority to pursue claims in the Assurant Action.
Subclass. “Subclass” shall mean and include all former and/or current Asurion and lock\line subscribers who reside in the U.S. and who, during the Class Period: (a) made any monthly premium payments; (b) submitted a claim for loss under Defendants’ Programs ; (c) received a replacement phone that was Refurbished; and (d) the Value of the replacement phone was less than the applicable deductible.1

Class Counsel also will ask the Court to approve payment of $20,000 to Braver for his service as Class Representative. The Court may award less than these amounts.
