Printing and Supplies. The employer will allow the union a reasonable amount of time to use the town copying machine and town computers provided that the use of such equipment does not interfere with the operation of town business. The union shall be allowed to make up to 150 copies with no charge. Copies made beyond the 150 shall be charged to the union at the appropriate rate in accordance with the Town’s fee schedule. The Town shall provide a copy of the newly executed collective bargaining agreement to all members of the bargaining unit and all newly hired employees.
