The primary sponsor of work at XXXX is the Office of Science (SC), DOE. Other DOE organizations that may sponsor work include: Nonproliferation & Verification Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Environmental Management Fossil Energy National Nuclear Security Administration Counterintelligence Environment, Safety and Health Additionally, the Contractor may be authorized to pursue other DOE and non-DOE missions that derive from the Laboratory’s missions and utilize the Laboratory’s core competencies. Collaborations with other federal agencies include the National Institutes of Health, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense. A summary of current Laboratory programs follows. Interdisciplinary teams conduct research that cuts across program areas. Descriptions of major programs are to be updated annually in the Business Plan.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms.   • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor.   • Program Overview A. Goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The Choice Neighborhoods Program employs a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation. The program transforms neighborhoods of concentrated poverty into mixed-income neighborhoods of long-term viability by revitalizing severely distressed public and/or assisted housing; improving access to economic opportunities; and investing and leveraging investments in well-functioning services, effective schools and education programs, public assets, public transportation, and improved access to jobs. Choice Neighborhoods ensures that current residents benefit from this transformation by preserving affordable housing in the neighborhood or providing the choice to move to affordable housing in another neighborhood of opportunity.
