PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY COVERAGE. The policy or policies must be endorsed to provide that the insurance afforded by the Commercial General Liability policy or policies is primary to any insurance or self-insurance of the City of San Diego and its elected officials, officers, employees, agents and representatives as respects operations of the Named Insured. Any insurance maintained by the City of San Diego and its elected officials, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall be in excess of Design Professional’s insurance and shall not contribute to it.
PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY COVERAGE. The policy or policies shall be endorsed to provide that the insurance afforded by the Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance policy or policies is primary to any insurance or self-insurance of the City and its elected officials, officers, employees, agents and representatives with respect to operations including the completed operations of the Named Insured. Any insurance maintained by the City and its elected officials, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall be in excess of the Design Professional’s insurance and shall not contribute to it.
PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY COVERAGE. Except for professional liability and worker's compensation insurance, the policies shall also contain a provision that the insurance afforded to the City, its subsidiary agencies, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and volunteers based on additional insured status shall be primary and non- contributory insurance to the full limits of liability of the policy, and that if the City, its subsidiary agencies and their directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and volunteers have other insurance against a loss covered by a policy, such other insurance shall be excess insurance only.

Each insurance policy shall provide that the coverage is primary and noncontributory coverage with respect to all named and additional insureds, except for coverage that by its nature cannot be written as primary. Any insurance or self-insurance beyond that specified in this Agreement that is maintained by an insured or any such additional insured shall be excess of such insurance and shall not contribute with it.

For any claims related to this Agreement, Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects City, its elected officials, officers, agents, employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City, its officers, officials, employees or volunteers shall be excess of Consultant's insurance and shall not contribute with it and shall be at least as broad as CG 20 01 04 13.

For any claims related to this Agreement, Subrecipient’s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance, as respects City, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the City, its officers, officials, employees or volunteers shall be excess of the Subrecipient’s insurance and shall not contribute with it and shall be at least as broad as CG 20 01 04 13.
