Pricing and Marketing Strategies. TOBIRA shall be solely responsible for deciding the marketing strategy and selling price of the Product in each country of the Territory in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Pricing and Marketing Strategies. Abbott, as exclusive distributor hereunder, shall solely and exclusively formulate all prices, pricing strategies and marketing strategies relating to the Product in the Territory. Abbott shall pre-approve a limited price range within which MTI Sales Representatives can present sales contracts to Customers as provided in Section 3.9. In the event that an MTI Sales Representative desires to contract outside of the pre-approved contract price range provided in Section 3.9, such MTI Sales Representative shall contact Abboxx'x Xxxpital Products Division's Contract Marketing Department and shall obtain from such Department the Product prices. Neither MTI nor any MTI Sales Representative shall have the right to establish Product prices. Abbott shall have the right to quarterly review prices for Products and adjust such prices accordingly.

  • Joint Marketing The Parties shall engage in joint marketing activities pursuant to Section 7.7 of this Agreement and any other joint marketing agreement that may be entered into from time to time.
