Common use of Presence through Communications Equipment Clause in Contracts

Presence through Communications Equipment. Except as required by law, the Shareholders of the Trust may participate in a meeting of Shareholders by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time and participation by such means shall constitute presence in person at a meeting. Participation by such means shall be pursuant to reasonable procedures approved by the officers of the Trust in connection with such meeting.
