Tenure. The Chairman of the Trustees, if one is elected, the President, the Treasurer and the Secretary shall hold office until their respective successors are chosen and qualified, or in each case until he or she sooner dies, resigns, is removed with or without cause or becomes disqualified. Each other officer shall hold office and each agent of the Trust shall retain authority at the pleasure of the Trustees.

Nothing in the Agreement or the Plan shall confer upon the Grantee any right to continue in employment with the Company for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Company (or any Subsidiary or parent of the Company employing or retaining the Grantee) or of the Grantee, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate his or her employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.
Tenure. Each Board Member shall, unless otherwise provided by law, hold office until such individual is removed, or resigns or dies. Any Board Member may be removed by the Member, at any time without giving any reason for such removal. A Board Member may resign by written notice to the Company which resignation shall not require acceptance and, unless otherwise specified in the resignation notice, shall be effective upon receipt by the Company. Vacancies in the Board of Managers shall be filled by the Member as provided in Section 1 above.

Tenure. The officers of the Trust shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Trustees. Any officer or agent may be removed by the affirmative vote of the Board of Trustees with or without cause whenever, in its judgment, the best interests of the Trust will be served thereby. In addition, any officer or agent appointed pursuant to Section 3 may be removed, either with or without cause, by any officer upon whom such power of removal shall have been conferred by the Board of Trustees. Any vacancy occurring in any office of the Trust by death, resignation, removal or otherwise shall be filled by the Board of Trustees, unless pursuant to Section 3 the power of appointment has been conferred by the Board of Trustees on any other officer.
Tenure. Except as otherwise provided by the Act or by this Agreement, each of the officers of the Company shall hold his or her office until his or her successor is elected or until his or her earlier resignation or removal. Any officer may resign by delivering his or her written resignation to the Company, and such resignation shall be effective upon receipt unless it is specified to be effective at some other time or upon the happening of some other event.
