Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning. 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.

Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning. 2.2.1 Subject to applicable and effective FCC rules and orders, BellSouth shall condition loops, as requested by <<customer_name>>, whether or not BellSouth offers advanced services to the End User on that loop.
Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning. 2.15.1 Except for the states of Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, and North Carolina, , Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that AT&T regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Subloop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Subloop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the AT&T’s TR 73600 Unbundled Local Loop Technical Specification. AT&T shall provide Line Conditioning on Loops, as requested by TWTC, even in instances where AT&T does not provide advanced services to the end user on such Loops.

Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning. 2.12.1 AT&T shall perform line conditioning in accordance with XXX 00 XXX §00.000 (x)(0)(xxx). Line Conditioning is as defined in XXX 00 XXX §00.000 (x)(0)(xxx)(X). Insofar as it is technically feasible, AT&T shall test and report troubles for all the features, functions, and capabilities of conditioned copper lines, and may not restrict its testing to voice transmission only.

Absent any applicable industry standard technical reference, (e.g. Xxxxxxxxx, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX) XXX XX 00000 unbundled local loop technical specifications shall apply in a non- discriminatory manner consistent with 47 CFR 51.311(b), the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
