PREQUALIFICATION TESTS - CALCULATION OF FCRMAX. In order to attest a Delivery Point and/or a Providing Group to participate in a specific Service Type it must successfully pass the Prequalification Tests as described below. XXXX demands that 2 different Prequalification Tests (Synthetic Frequency Profile test & Real Time Frequency test) are succeeded by each Providing Group independently from it being considered as having or not a limited energy reservoir as mentioned in section C of the present Annex. The outcome of the tests will define the FCRmax_PG that the BSP may offer to XXXX for each Service Type and for a certain Providing Group. In addition, the FCRmax_PG value must also correspond to the sum of FCRref values as these are declared by the BSP in Annex 5 for the corresponding Providing Group and Service Type. Organization of the tests : - The BSP takes contact with XXXX to inform about his project to prequalify his Providing Groups to offer FCR Power. XXXX and the BSP agree on a timing during which the Prequalification Tests can be organized within 10 working days from the day of the request by the BSP and under the condition that the BSP has provided all necessary information beforehand. - Within the agreed timing, the BSP will first start following the relevant synthetic frequency profiles detailed hereby under. - After this test, the BSP may continue with the real time frequency follow up over a period of 4 hours starting at the time of his convenience at latest within 24 hours from the end of the Synthetic Frequency Profile test. - Once the tests are over, the BSP sends all relevant data to XXXX for the result analysis. - Any costs linked to the tests are borne by the BSP; Through these tests, XXXX will certify that the BSP is able to deliver a certain quantity of the Service with the Providing Group(s) concerned while in respect of its requirements. XXXX has the right to perform consistency checks between the declared potential contribution of each Delivery Point (FCRref) and the real contribution during the Prequalification Tests. For a Providing Group that is actively delivering the Service at the moment of the Prequalification Tests XXXX will not perform any Availability Test or activation control for as long as the Prequalification Tests are under way. Addition of new Delivery Point(s) When adding new Delivery Point(s) to an existing Providing Group, Prequalification Tests have to be performed to increase the FCRmax_PG (and by consequence the FCRmax).   • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.

  • Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).

  • Certification of Completion Certification of completion of the program will be contingent upon Resident successfully completing the core requirements of the Program, returning all property of the Medical Center such as books, equipment, etc., and having settled any other professional or financial obligations to the Medical Center. The certificate will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the ASHP Regulations on Accreditation of Pharmacy Residencies and signed by the RPD and the Chief Executive Officer of the organization. A certificate will not be issued to anyone who does not complete the program’s requirements. Core requirements to successfully complete the program include: • Possess a valid pharmacist license from the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy by October 31st of the residency year. • Successful completion of core learning experiences and required longitudinal learning experiences as defined in the learning experience descriptions • Completion of all R1 goals/objectives with a status of achieved by the end of the residency. Completion of 100% of the remaining goals/objectives for the program with at least 50% of the objectives having a status as achieved. All objectives must have a minimum status of satisfactory progress. • All evaluations must be completed in accordance with ASHP Accreditation Standard as outlined in the Resident Agreement • Completion of pharmacokinetic certification by October 31 of residency year • Completion of inpatient anticoagulation certification by October 31 of residency year. • Completion of major project, which includes meeting all project deadlines and submission of written manuscript of completed project to the RAC. • Assigned projects (MUE, drug review, class review, and management project) have been completed • Presentation of at least one major CME program. • Completion of minimum staffing requirements as described in section 2.7 • Adherence to the organization’s attendance standards and as described in this document under Exhibit A.
