ACTIVATION CONTROL. 13.A DETERMINATION OF THE AFRR ENERGY DISCREPANCY For Month M, XXXX determines the aFRR Energy Discrepancy as follows: aFRR Energy Discrepancy(M) = ∑ Time Steps in Month M aFRR MW discrepancy (ts) 900 Figure 9 - aFRR Energy Discrepancy The aFRR MW discrepancy is determined, per Time Step ts, as follows: aFRR MW discrepancy(ts) = max[|aFRR Requested(ts − 2) − aFRR Supplied(ts)| − δperm (ts); 0] where • aFRR Supplied(ts) is determined in accordance with Annex 13.C; • δperm (ts) is the permitted deviation determined in accordance with Annex 13.B The aFRR MW discrepancy for each Time Step is capped to the V(QH) of the concerned quarter-hour as defined in Annex 13.B. ACTIVATION CONTROL. In accordance with Art. II.13, XXXX will check on a monthly basis that the FCR Supplied by the BSP meets the contractual requirements. For this purpose, XXXX checks at the same time all offered FCR Energy Bids activated for the analyzed Frequency Variation.

ACTIVATION CONTROL. II.14.1 XXXX considers an activation of an mFRR Energy Bid as non-compliant if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:  The mFRR Supplied is inferior to the mFRR Requested for at least one quarter-hour, in accordance with Art. II.14.2;  The BSP has failed to execute the communications foreseen in section 10.A to 10.C of Annex 10 (without fault by XXXX);
ACTIVATION CONTROL. For each quarter-hour of mFRR Power activation, XXXX checks the difference between:  the mFRR Power to be supplied, corresponding to the mFRR Requested by XXXX as determined in section 12.A of this annex;  the mFRR Supplied, as determined in sections 12.B to 12.D of this annex. An activation of mFRR Power is non-compliant if at least one condition of Art. II.14.1 is satisfied.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer.
