PREMISES CAPACITY Sample Clauses
The Premises Capacity clause defines the maximum number of people or the allowable usage limits for a specific property or leased space. In practice, this clause sets a clear cap on occupancy, often referencing local building codes, fire safety regulations, or the intended use of the premises, such as limiting the number of employees, customers, or event attendees. Its core function is to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and to prevent overcrowding, thereby protecting both the property owner and occupants from legal or operational risks.

PREMISES CAPACITY. If the Unit is not filled to full occupancy and fee capacity, Leasing Agent may rent to individuals until legal capacity of the Unit has been reached. Consequently, in the case of an eviction, Leasing Agent reserves the right to insert another Tenant into previously occupied space. Addition of a new Tenant does not release any evicted Tenant from any prior payment obligation. Tenants understand that each is jointly and severally liable for any damages which may occur at the Premises. Should any Tenant occupy the Premises prior to any other Tenant, all Tenants agree that should any damages occur during that period, they will be addressed according to the terms herein and as if all Tenants had been present.
