Preliminary Life Cycle of Vehicle. Any PA Purchased Vehicle incorporated into the Vehicle Replacement Program will be added to the program with a preliminary life cycle based on the anticipated annual usage / mileage with a life cycle target of 100,000 miles. Fleet Management, as it deems appropriate, may extend or shorten any motor vehicle’s life cycle. If a life cycle is changed, any adjustments to the Vehicle Replacement funds to be paid by the Property Appraiser would be adjusted annually at the beginning of the next full fiscal year.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
