Annual Usage the use factor designated by the TCEQ in the Scope of Work based on the hours of operation or miles traveled and the specified number of Annual Visits. The PERFORMING PARTY’s performance and accurate reporting of Annual Usage requirements is material to achieving the emissions reductions calculated in awarding the grant.
Annual Usage the annual miles, gallons, or hours achieved. The percentage of Annual Usage that occurs within the Eligible Counties is material to achieving the emissions reductions benefit supporting the grant award.

Annual Usage. During the first twenty-six (26) pay periods of employment, employees shall use no less than forty (40) hours of annual leave; and thereafter employees shall use no less than eighty (80) hours of annual leave in each succeeding twenty-six (26) pay periods of employment. Under no circumstances shall any annual leave benefits be forfeited, nor shall any employee be ordered to use earned annual leave benefits at a time not desired by the employee. While on annual leave, an employee shall be compensated and receive benefits at the same rate as if the employee were on the job. In the event of an extreme workload, which severely decreases the employee’s ability to meet these requirements, this section may be modified, based on agency/department head approval, by reducing the amount of annual leave required to be used.
Annual Usage. 5.1 The PERFORMING PARTY as part of its responsibilities to the TCEQ as stated in the General Conditions shall acquire the Grant Equipment hsted below. The Gross Vehicle Weight Raling (GVWR) hsted for a haul truck tractor-▇▇▇▇▇▇ combination or a dump truck permanently pulling a pup trailer may represent the Gross Combined Weighl Rating (GCWR), rather than just the GVWR of the vehicle by itself. 5.2 The PERFORMING PARTY may purchase a different make, model, or year of vehicle than a unit listed above if the vehicle meets the conditions for an on-road vehicle replacement project estabhshed in the General Conditions and Request for Grant Applications, and the vehicle also meets the more specific conditions below.
5.2.1 The vehicle must be the same vehicle description as stated in the table above.
5.2.2 The vehicle must be within the same heavy-duty vehicle gross vehicle weight.rating (GVWR) or, for combination truck and trailer, gross combined weight rating (GCWR) category:
a) Class 2b - 8,501 to 10,000 GVWR
b) Class 3 - 10,001 to 14,000 GVWR
c) Class 4 - 14,001 to 16,000 GVWR
d) Class 5 - 16,001 to 19,500 GVWR e) Class 6 - 19,501 to 26,000 GVWR f) Class 7 - 26,001 to 33,000 GVWR 9) Class 8a - 33,001 to 60,000 GVWR
