PRE-OPERATION PHASE. The Pre-Operation Phase shall mean the period for Test and inspection of the AMI system for Operational Go- Live of the AMI system as defined in Section 4 of the Schedule F to this Contract. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AMISP Test and inspection of the AMI system for Operational Go-Live as described in section 4 of the Schedule F to this Contract. The SPV shall provide a written notice to MSEDCL at least 30 (thirty) days in advance intimating MSEDCL of the proposed date on which the Commercial Operation Date of a Unit or the Project is proposed to be achieved.
