Pre-award Conferences. The CM, with the assistance of the A/E and the COUNTY, shall gather documentation for contract execution from apparent successful Bidders which may occur at pre-award conferences with such Bidders. Upon the failure of a Bidder to provide such documentation in a timely manner, the CM shall assist the COUNTY in considering whether an extension of time for submitting such documentation is appropriate.
Pre-award Conferences. The Associate shall gather documentation for contract execution from apparently successful Bidders which may occur at pre-award conferences with such Bidders. Upon the failure of a Bidder to provide such documentation in a timely manner, the Associate shall assist the University in considering whether an extension of time for submitting such documentation is appropriate.
Pre-award Conferences. 6.6.1 The A/E shall conduct pre-award conferences with the apparent successful Bidder and shall assist the Contracting Authority to gather documentation for contract execution from such Bidder.
Pre-award Conferences. The Architect shall attend pre-award conferences between the Construction Manager and the apparently successful Bidders. The Construction Manager shall notify the Architect in a timely manner as to the schedule for the conferences.

SitelogIQ, with the assistance of the Architect, shall gather documentation for contract execution from apparently successful bidders which may occur at Pre-Award Conferences with such bidders. Upon the failure of a bidder to provide such documentation in a timely manner, SitelogIQ shall assist the School District in considering whether an extension of time for submitting such documentation is appropriate.
