Common use of Pre-Arbitration Meeting Clause in Contracts

Pre-Arbitration Meeting. The President of the Company or their designate shall meet with the Union's representative within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Union's notice of intent to arbitrate at which time the parties will attempt to resolve the grievances or alternatively, explore common ground respecting the matter and agree upon an arbitrator as selected from the following list: • Xxx Xxxxxx • Xxxx Xxxxxx • Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx • Xxx Xxxxxxx • Xxxx Xxxxx The Arbitrator shall be selected on a rotational basis in the above order, provided they are available to convene a hearing within thirty (30) days.
